Dear Friends and Colleagues

As I begin to close down my laptop for the festive period I am thinking about all that has happened in 2015 and wow how much there is. You as always have been amazing and many Dudley children this Christmas will be safer, happier and more inspired as a result of the time they have spent with you all.

It is a real privilege to work with each and everyone of you and i’m  already wondering what we will be aspiring to in 2016!
