Dudley Children and Young Peoples Alliance Board and Dudley Safeguarding Children Board are keen to support the co-ordination of a Facilitator Network which supports practitioners, staff and volunteers to learn together  how best  to capture the voice of the child/ young person assist them to improve their own lives through care planning, empower them to improve and shape services and teach them how to influence strategic decision making.  This network is designed to be driven by the members who will bring and share new ideas, methods and approaches from Dudley and other areas which enable us to achieve Dudley’s  Participation vision which is:

Dudley is a borough where children and young people’s rights are realised, where their views shape decisions made about their lives and those of their families

The network aims to improve the lives of children and young people and offer continued personal development training for anyone volunteering or working with Children and young people in Dudley

The first Alliance Facilitator Network is
