This year’s Safe and Sound, Dudley’s Community Safety Partnership consultation will take place on Wednesday 28th September 2016, at Dudley Council House, from 6.30 pm – 9.00 pm (doors will open at 6.00 for refreshments and information market place).
Following positive feedback from last year’s event, the format will again be less formal than in previous years and will incorporate workshop sessions to give people who attend a better opportunity to have their say about community safety concerns and enable us to collect information to plan future Community Safety priorities.
For the second year members of the community who cannot attend can also complete an online survey in order to share their Community Safety Priorities, the link to this is included in the below poster and I would ask that this is also promoted.
Please find attached an electronic poster promoting the event. I would appreciate if you could circulate this to any community members / groups that you work with and encourage attendance. Booking details are included in the poster,FTP 2016 Posters places can be booked online, via email or by Telephone
Please do forward this to any relevant distribution lists you may have to ensure as many residents are aware of the event as possible
Further publicity will take place from the middle of August
If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
