Please see above a flyer promoting the new Police Youth Forum. In Dudley we are doing something a little differently we are inviting 50 young people age 16 – 24 to take part in an informal workshop. The event aim to seek young people’s views as to how Dudley Police can interact with young people in a way that breaks down barriers and builds trust and confidence that Dudley Police Officers are making decisions based on evidence in a fair and empathic way. We will also be inviting 15 of the group to attend a regional event in Birmingham on the 18th October, transport will be provided. Finally for those who are really keen to stay involved we will be asking how they would like to keep in touch and how they would like future participatory activity to evolve.
